On my controller there is a small pink dot next to one of many "cross-hairs/philips". Initially I used to be aiming the red dot, on the other hand I learned that the speculated to purpose the cross-hair the red-dot is up towards (I hope this makes sense). Google spokesperson Ned Adrianc
